There is free street parking half a block away from the house, but do not park over the house block. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and appliances. Linens, towels, and courtesy toiletries are provided for the start of your stay, though replacements are not provided. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, but no cable. Please use your own streaming accounts such as Netflix or Hulu. A shared washer and dryer are available, and access can be arranged in advance. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability, and additional charges apply. The apartment is close to everything: Brickell, Coconut Grove, Dadeland, the airport, and highways. It is within walking distance to restaurants, markets, theaters, offices, and shops, and is easily accessible by public transportation, including free options such as the freebie and city trolley. Do not park on the same block as the house to avoid fines or towing. Pets are not allowed in the unit. The house is remodeled for rentals and divided into six studio apartments. You will stay in one of the studios. There is a requirement for a 6-month contract.
