Extra cleaning services are available for an additional charge. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged at an extra cost if available. A dog is allowed in the unit with an extra cleaning fee, and certain breeds are accepted based on the size of the apartment and the dog. Unfortunately, cats are not accepted. All check-in and check-out procedures are done remotely, and you will be provided with a unique code for entering. A 6-month contract is required. Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required, which will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out if there is no damage to the property.
