Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars. Located in the heart of Cocoa Beach, this is the only place in downtown Cocoa Beach with 8 bedrooms within a 5-minute walk to both downtown and the beach, perfect for large gatherings, including family reunions or company retreats. Centrally located near Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral, and just an hour from Orlando. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Pets must be leashed at all times.
