Cook up a storm (or a light snack!) in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the essentials and complete with a cozy dining spot for meals. You’ll have full access to your private unit and shared outdoor amenities. Plus, complimentary beach equipment is ready for you to grab and hit the sand, available on a first-come, first-served basis. On-site parking makes exploring the area stress-free—just load up and head out to discover Cocoa Beach’s many treasures. While we love all furry friends, only dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Mid-term cleaning services are offered to keep your unit fresh throughout your stay. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. A laptop computer is not included.
