Only dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. Located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to the ocean, just 50 steps from your front door. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown and across the street from Orlando's closest beach and minutes south of the Kennedy Space Center at the famed Space Coast. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around. Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Mailbox access is not available for guests. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, an initial stock of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs is provided.
