Welcome to your favorite new vacation spot at 400 South! This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit in our newly opened "aparthotel" is sparkling clean and ready to please. With brand new renovations, appliances, and furniture, the apartment is built to exceed expectations while providing an exceptional stay. Located immediately across the street from Orlando's closest beach and minutes south of Cape Canaveral and the famed Space Coast, it's a perfect spot for couples, friends, or families who want to play in the waves and see the sights on an unforgettable trip. Situated up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," this unit offers a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The apartment includes a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent to the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like an underwater-themed artist mural, emerald granite countertops, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area, you'll find a reclining couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked, with bar-style seating for four. While we love all furry friends, only dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. 400 South is a newly renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to the ocean, perfect for daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around. Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area, the downtown area is within walking distance. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. Mailbox access is not available for guests. Regarding the 6 guest occupancy, we have a king and queen bed which can comfortably sleep 4 guests. We provide a trifold floor mattress to sleep one more guest. We also have a couch that can sleep 1 additional guest. Our digital locks let you arrive and check yourselves in, but we’re here if you need us.
