Located just minutes away from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal, this home offers easy access to some of Florida's most popular attractions. This spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups. The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing meals at home. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer/dryer during your stay. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice to set this up. Located in an ideal location on US Highway 27, near the junction with Highway 192, this home is around 10 to 15 minutes drive to the Walt Disney World Maingate area. Within a short driving distance, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, including Chilis Bar & Grille, Olive Garden Italian, Applebees American restaurant, and IHOP for amazing breakfast items and pancakes. Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Please be extra careful with these rules as you might risk getting towed. We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home and report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
