The second floor includes two bedrooms with two twin-size beds each, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and an additional bedroom with a king-size bed. A full laundry facility is available, and 10 towels are provided. Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available upon request. A pool heater can be added for an additional fee, which requires a 48-hour advance notice. The pool heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once payment has been processed. The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, the temperature cannot be raised beyond 86°F. The pool and spa share the same water temperature. Deliveries incur a small $10 fee. The house is conveniently located near Publix, Disney, Premium Outlets, and Universal Studios. Some areas of Windsor Cay Resort are currently under construction.
