The 4th bedroom has a Murphy bed and doubles as an office. The master bath and shower are equipped with safety bars. It is all tiled! There is a dog run for your furry friends. The home is on one of our many Freshwater Canals. Enjoy taking long rides around the canals in our area. We love watching the birds, ducks, turtles, otters and other wildlife that we are lucky enough to see. Very peaceful..... There is a boat dock so bring your boat, canoe or kayak! (the 2 bridges in our system have a clearance of 7.5 feet). We have a sitting area and chiminea on the dock. It is a great place to relax and unwind. The launch is just a few blocks away. There are several salt water (Gulf of America access) boat ramps in Cape Coral as well. The pool is refreshing and we have enjoyed many family gatherings on the large lanai, deck and in the pool! The lanai has a protective fence between the lanai and the pool for safety protection, a soothing fountain and a propane fire pit. Just a few blocks away is Carrabba's, Hurricane's, Bonefish Grill, Texas Tony's, Kohls, Publix along with other stores and restaurants. Enjoy our friendly neighbors and neighborhood. One of the owners is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent. Owner pays all utilities, including WIFI. Pool, lawn and pest care included. A dog (or 2) is allowed, but, no potentially vicious dogs such as Pit Bulls, German Shepherds or Rottweilers. An additional $500 deposit is required for a dog. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The home is only available for 3 months from December 27th through March 30, 2023.. There is also a $125 cleaning fee. Like everyone in our area because of Hurricane Ian, we are experiencing delays in getting screening for the pool cage and other materials. We hope to have these repairs made in the next 60 days. Its easy to walk down to the dock and feed the turtles or fish.
