We love watching the birds, ducks, turtles, otters and other wildlife that we are lucky enough to see. Very peaceful..... There is a boat dock so bring your boat, canoe or kayak! (the 2 bridges in our system have a clearance of 7.5 feet). We have a sitting area and chiminea on the dock. It is a great place to relax and unwind. The launch is just a few blocks away. There are several salt water (Gulf of America access) boat ramps in Cape Coral as well. The pool is refreshing and we have enjoyed many family gatherings on the large lanai, deck and in the pool! The lanai has a protective fence between the lanai and the pool for safety protection, a soothing fountain and a propane fire pit. Just a few blocks away is Carrabba's, Hurricane's, Bonefish Grill, Texas Tony's, Kohls, Publix along with other stores and restaurants. Enjoy our friendly neighbors and neighborhood.
