You will find plenty of pantry space and cabinets loaded with all of the pots, pans, dishes and serving pieces that you will need. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool & canal. There is also a formal dining room. There are 3 separate sleeping areas. The owner's suite is on one side of the house, while the 3 guest rooms are on either side of the family room on the other side of the house. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have views of the canal. The 4th bedroom has a Murphy bed and doubles as an office that is suitable for remote work. The master bath water closet and shower are equipped with safety bars. It is all tiled! There is a dog run for your furry friends. The home is on one of our many Freshwater Canals. Enjoy taking long rides around the canals in our area. We love watching the birds, ducks, turtles, otters and other wildlife that we are lucky enough to see. Very peaceful..... There is a boat dock so bring your boat, canoe or kayak! (the 2 bridges in our system have a clearance of 7.5 feet). We have a sitting area and chiminea on the dock. It is a great place to relax and unwind. The launch is just a few blocks away. There are several salt water (Gulf of America access) boat ramps in Cape Coral as well. The pool is refreshing and we have enjoyed many family gatherings on the large lanai, deck and in the pool! The lanai has a protective fence between the lanai and the pool for safety protection, a soothing fountain and a propane fire pit. Just a few blocks away are Carrabba's, Hurricane's, Bonefish Grill, Texas Tony's, Bubba's Roadhouse, the German American Club, Kohls, Publix along with other stores and restaurants. SunSplash Family Water Park and Cape Coral Pickle Ball courts are just 4 miles away. The Edison & Ford Estates are just across the river in Ft. Myers. Under 2 hours away is Busch Gardens, Hardrock Seminole Indian Casino and the Everglades. Enjoy an Airboat Ride! There are many close by Cape Coral parks for your enjoyment and leisure time. Enjoy our friendly neighbors and neighborhood. One of the owners is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent. Owner pays all utilities, including WIFI. Pool, lawn and pest care included. A dog (or 2) is allowed, but, no potentially vicious dogs such as Pit Bulls, German Shepherds or Rottweilers. An additional, non refundable, $500 deposit is required for a dog. No smoking is allowed inside our home. We prefer that our home is left the way you found it and deposit returned to you. If not, there is a $300 cleaning fee. Our home is situated on a fresh water canal, and only minutes from the Gulf and salt water access. We offer 2267' sq. feet with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. All utilities are included, including cable and wifi. Electric up to $250 per month and water up to $125 per month. There is a refreshing, inground swimming pool. The lanai features a fire pit and a fountain. It's easy to walk down to the dock and feed the turtles or fish.
