This single-family heated pool home has a formal dining area for six, as well as an informal dining set as an eat-in kitchen, and guests can also pull up a bar stool to the bar-height counter for additional space. Guests can enjoy al fresco meals on the lanai while sitting poolside in the covered and screened pool deck area and will have full use of the propane grill on the lanai. Additional living spaces include a well-appointed family room with comfy furnishings and a large wall-mounted TV. There is also a full-sized laundry room with a modern washer and dryer. There is a private heated pool at the home, along with a neighborhood pool within walking distance of the home. Guests can access beach chairs, bikes, and pool toys through the garage.
