Additional living spaces include a well-appointed family room with comfy furnishings and a large wall-mounted TV. There is also a full-sized laundry room with a modern washer and dryer. The main bedroom features a king bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin-size day beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There are two additional bathrooms, each with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity. The private heated pool offers gorgeous views of the golf course from the back of the home, visible from the pool, lanai, family room, kitchen, and main bedroom. This home does not have any membership for any of the onsite amenities. The garage is not available for parking as the owner parks a car in this space, but guests can use the driveway and access beach chairs, bikes, and pool toys through the garage. Spanish Wells features a public golf course with varying rates and tee times depending on the season. The community offers miles of private roads for walking and is within walking distance of the Sunshine Plaza, which includes Zorba's Greek and Mediterranean food, Smash Fitness Gym, The Stage Restaurant and Dinner Theater, and the new Bonita Beach Balloon Bar and Grill. Bonita Beach is located less than four miles from the main entrance of Spanish Wells off Bonita Beach Road. The Fort Myers International Airport is a quick 25-minute drive from the home. Pets are not allowed. The pool is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate, but the temperature can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No smoking is allowed. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. This is a self-check-in property, and you will receive the codes to check in once full payment and HOA approval have been received. A vehicle is recommended as Bonita Springs is a large metro area.
