Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided to make your arrival smooth and convenient. A starter set of essentials is included when you check in, including small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products are not provided; guests may purchase any additional supplies they need. The unit is provided with all living essentials, including beach towels, chairs, bath towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. Parking is free with a pass from the office. Bonita Beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with easy access to local cafés, waterfront restaurants, and nearby shops. Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from January 15, 2026, through April. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations. Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays due to roof work. Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation, which may cause noise, but building access will not be affected.
