A starter set of essentials is included upon arrival, with small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and food items, spices, oils, or coffee are not provided. Parking is free and open, and check-in is simple with a personal door code provided prior to arrival. Bonita Beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with cafés, waterfront restaurants, and local shops conveniently nearby. The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025, through April 2026.
