A starter set of essentials is included for your arrival, including small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and food items, spices, oils, coffee, and other perishable products are not provided. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need. Unit is provided with all living essentials, including beach towels, chairs, bath towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. Parking is free with a pass from the office. The beach is right across the street. Docs and Coconut Jacks are great restaurants next door. If you are looking to rent a boat, shop, or do any tours, assistance is available. Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025, through April 2026. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations. Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays due to roof work. Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation for atrium work. Noise is possible, but building access will not be affected. Some parking areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction. The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use.
