This is a mobile home located in an over 55 community. Ideal location right off Old 41 and very close to downtown Bonita with everything that has to offer. The mobile home itself has been totally remodeled and has a large Florida room off the kitchen. It has many windows in the washer and dryers out there in a shed. The main bedroom is okay size with the bathroom in the hallway there's another second bedroom across from the bathroom that's small and then at the front of the mobile home there is a small bedroom which could be used for an office but it has another bathroom and closet in it. There is a open floor plan a TV is included in the living room when I stand with new fans new lights and extras. The community itself is very walkable very quiet and peaceful, a nice corner a lot please call about this property if you were interested since it is an over 55 community, children can stay there no longer than 2 weeks.
