As the owner of both Parkline Realty and Grandview Property Management, David brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to his clients. A father of two, David became a Licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate in 2014 and achieved his Broker license in 2017. His real estate career in Naples began in 2001 as a Leasing Consultant with Sizeler Realty. He quickly advanced at Atlantic & Pacific Management (2003-2006), holding positions as Assistant Manager, Property Manager, and Regional Manager, overseeing a substantial portfolio of over 3,000 units across Florida. His exceptional performance was recognized with the prestigious Employee of the Year award in 2005 and Property Manager of the Year award in 2004 for his successful management of The Enclave at Naples through lease-up and condo conversion. Prior to establishing Parkline Realty, David served as Vice President of Association Management with Apogee Residential in 2006 and as President of AIM Companies from 2006 to 2010. This diverse background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the real estate industry. David is a committed REALTOR®, holding certifications as a Resort and Second Home Specialist (RSPS) and a Pricing Strategy Advisor. He possesses a strong understanding of Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Law, ensuring his clients receive knowledgeable and ethical guidance. Actively involved in the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR), David served as a Director from 2021 to 2023 and as Treasurer in 2024. His commitment extends to the state level, where he currently serves as a Director for Florida REALTORS®. He further contributes his expertise through active participation in numerous volunteer committees at both the local and state levels, including MLS, Professional Standards, Land Use & Property Rights, Sustainable Development, Property Management, and the Resort & Second Property Specialist committees.
