There is one full bath located in the hall with a tub, shower, sink, and vanity, and a second half bathroom in the master bedroom with a sink and vanity. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per reservation, excluding aggressive breeds, and a weight limit of 50 lbs. A one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required. Free off-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Check-in is after 4pm, and you can access your apartment using a smart lock with the last 4 digits of your phone number. No smoking or parties are allowed inside the building or private apartments. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area, and no food, drink, or glass is allowed in or around the pool. Residents are responsible for disposing of trash in designated dumpsters. A laundry card is provided upon check-in and must be returned upon check-out to avoid a replacement fee. The laundry room is on the ground floor and operates using a card system for payment.
