There is one full bath located in the hall with a tub, shower, sink, and vanity, and a second half bathroom located in the master bedroom with a sink and vanity. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per reservation. There is a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250, and pets must weigh under 50 lbs. No aggressive breeds are allowed, and the right to decline pets that may not be a good fit for the community is reserved. No smoking or parties are allowed inside the building or private apartments. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am, ensuring a peaceful environment for all residents. Check-in is after 4pm, and you can access your apartment using a smart lock with the last 4 digits of your phone number. Free off-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The laundry facility is located on the ground floor, and a laundry card is provided upon check-in, which must be returned upon check-out to avoid a replacement fee.
