The living area offers a seating area, coffee table, and wall-mounted TV, while the dining room includes a table and chairs. There is one full bath located in the hall with a tub, shower, sink, and vanity, and a second half bathroom in the master bedroom with a sink and vanity. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per reservation and a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250. No aggressive breeds are allowed, and there is a weight limit of 50 lbs. Free off-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Check-in is after 4 pm, and you can access your apartment using a smart lock with the last 4 digits of your phone number. A laundry card is provided upon check-in and must be left upon check-out to avoid a replacement fee. The laundry room is on the ground floor and operates using a card system for payment.
