There is one full bath located in the hall with a tub, shower, sink, and vanity, and a second half bathroom in the master bedroom with a sink and vanity. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per reservation and a weight limit of 50 lbs. A one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required. Parking is free and off-street, available on a first-come, first-served basis. No smoking or parties are allowed inside the building or private apartments. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. Check-in is after 4pm, and you can park out front and enter through the front door. A smart lock on the door uses the last 4 digits of your phone number as the access code. The laundry facility is on the ground floor, and a laundry card is provided upon check-in. This card must be left in the same spot upon check-out or a replacement fee will be charged. Includes a designated workspace with a desk and chair in each bedroom.
