The living area offers a seating area, coffee table, and wall-mounted TV, while the dining room includes a table and chairs. There is one full bath located in the hall with a tub, shower, and sink and vanity, and a second half bathroom located in the master bedroom with a sink and vanity. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per reservation, excluding aggressive breeds, with a weight limit of 50 lbs. A one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required. Free off-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. No smoking or parties are allowed inside the building or private apartments. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am, ensuring a peaceful environment for all residents. Check-in is after 4pm, and you can access your apartment using a smart lock with a code that is the last 4 digits of your phone number. The laundry facility is located on the ground floor, and a laundry card is provided upon check-in, which must be returned upon check-out to avoid a replacement fee. Includes a designated workspace with a desk and chair in the master bedroom, providing a comfortable environment for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
