The apartment includes one bathroom, equipped with a toilet, full shower, sink and vanity, mirror, and towels. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per reservation and a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs and no aggressive breeds are allowed. The property is stocked for mid-term stays, so only starter toiletries are provided. Bring your own toiletries when you come. Annual preventive maintenance checks may occur, and in case of emergency maintenance, access may be required if you cannot be reached. Mailbox access processing can take up to 24 business hours.
