Every apartment is in a 3 story, garden style building with easy access to a laundry room on the first floor of each building. We offer both one and two bedroom apartments. The Sussex is the standard one bedroom apartment, while The Kent is a one bedroom deluxe with newer kitchen cabinetry, dishwasher and/or an over-the-range microwave. If you are looking for more living space we also have The New Castle, a two bedroom apartment with one and half baths. The Capital is the deluxe version of the two bedroom apartment home, offering the same extras as the one bedroom deluxe. All four models have a central heat and air, a frost free refrigerator, and an electric stove. The Sussex and New Castle models have a lighted hood exhaust above the range and The Kent and The Capital may have an over-the-range microwave in lieu of the hood exhaust. The kitchens are a galley style setting that lead out to your open dining area with a window that allows plenty of natural light to flow in along with a double size window in the living room. There are windows in every room with the exception of the kitchen and bath and we include the blinds for them. There is on-site emergency maintenance available 24 hours a day. The beautifully landscaped grounds lead to a play area for juvenile entertainment. A private community pool also provides an area of refreshment and relaxation.
