His name Charlie, 25 pounds and loves everybody. He loves children and carrots the most. There is a mandatory background check which will cost the perspective tenant $40.00. There may be renters default insurance which (as I remember) is $16.00 a month. There is around one car every 1/2 hour on the street. There are houses all around, which is good for safety. The last crime in this neighborhood was probably a teenager getting stoned in his parents' basement in the 1980s. The neighbors are friendly, even by New England standards.
