My house is a classic colonial built in 1900 and has that character. My daughter and I moved in going on 20 years ago, when she was 3 1/2 years old. This is our forever home, character and all. It is my spare bedroom that is somewhat small as the rooms generally were when this house was built. It is solid nice spare bedroom accommodations available August 1. And I am looking for a person (upper 30s+) interested in renting only a furnished spare bedroom, with a shared bathroom.
