Large room in massive house w/ young professionals. This listing is for 1 BR in a 6 person house available immediately. The house is on 2.9 acres in Stamford, just 10 minutes from downtown. Large bedroom with deep closet. Bedroom furnishings can be bought for an additional $500 (Bed, AC unit, bedside tables, lamps, and desk). The entire house is fully furnished with TVs, couches, air fryer, pool table, Nintendo 64, Wii, etc. Current Tenants: 5 mid-20s, professionals. We are all easy-going, clean, and respectful. Love watching sports and hanging out as a group. All the guys keep it pretty lowkey during the week but will hang out and have a good time on the weekend. You: Person in the area, cleans up after themselves, and is laid back. All of us are super easy to get along with and most of us didn't know each other before but became friends after moving in. Only looking for 1 person to move in. Rent is $1,400/month + utilities (~$100/month). No pets allowed unfortunately.
