The home has 4 apartments. 2 on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor. This apartment has a locking lower entry door, which enters the private stairwell for your apartment. There are locking doors for the unit on the 2nd floor as well. Large back yard and parking area allows for each tenant to have 2 cars. ( most do not). The house is on the main street, but this apartment is in the back. Somersville is a small town. There are shops and restaurants in walking distance. There is a gazebo at an old mill waterfall, just a short walk. (Fishing, Kayaking, etc) Somers... is a farm town, lots of horse pastures and family farms. Great for running and bike riding.
