The shared spaces are the living room, the eat-in kitchen with washer/dryer, and the bathroom. There's plenty of storage space in: bathroom closets, kitchen cabinets, and the bathroom (drawer, shelves, and closet). The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware (pots, pans, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc.) and various appliances: Ninja blender, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, etc. Additionally, there's central air, and a vacuum, and iron & ironing board. This is a smoke free property. For this property, background checks are required. The owner, Debra, is a pleasant mature lady with a nice older kitty named Sweetness. No other pets are allowed.
