I have two bedrooms available for rent that can be used as 2 bedrooms or 1 bedroom and 1 office with a bathroom attached - located in a private area of the house with a separate entrance. Rooms can be completely empty or with some furniture for example bed frame, couch, desk. Kitchen and additional space including a large backyard and patio is to share. I would allow one dog if smaller size (up to 30 lbs or so) if well behaved and social with other animals (including mine and lots of dogs in the neighborhood). No cats please. Utilities (heat, electricity, wifi, water etc.) would be shared but the house has solar panels - so unless the AC is cranked up high all summer, electricity bills are very low. I rented out these rooms before mostly on AirBnB and it worked well. Let's chat if you are interested.
