Located in a quiet area next to the Coast Guard Academy and down the hill from Connecticut College. Easy access to freeway and transportation. RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES: heat, electricity and personal wi-fi/internet access. Prefer long term tenants but accepting shorter term based on requirements such as school, work or military assignment. Need proof of income and credit check.
