It is conveniently located near Walnut Hill Park and Downtown New Britain. There is close access to Interstate 84 and Route 9. The apartment is on the 3rd Floor with elevator access, and great city views. Off-street assigned parking. Beautiful 14 ft ceilings in the living room & bedroom. Very quiet. The building was built in the 1890s and has a lot of character. Locked entry through the lobby. Great sunrise views from the windows! Great views of the city! Unfortunately, we do not accept pets of any kind. The hardwood floors have been freshly refinished, the walls have fresh paint, and the kitchen has great granite counters and newer appliances, including stove, microwave, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. This unit also has a newer heating and cooling system, making your comfort controls affordable!
