The front entry, living room, and dining room have red oak hardwood floors. The master bedroom, in the back of the house, was updated with a walk-in closet. One of the best parts of the house is that it opens to a beautiful level backyard and patio ideal for entertaining or relaxing in the sun. The master bedroom, dining room, and living room, each have their own sliding glass doors to the backyard and this spacious patio. The sliders really drench the house in natural sunlight. There is a newer central air and affordable gas heating system. Heating and cooling bills are reasonable because of the one-floor living and the vinyl windows. The house shows clean and bright! There is a washer and dryer in the unit, that will stay for the new tenants to use. Both bedrooms have good closet space. This is a great alternative to an apartment or condo rental. It is very cozy and comfortable to live in. This ranch is not too big and not too small with lots of natural light. Great price for a clean single-family house, especially if you desire a yard, outdoor living space and privacy. Recently we put in luxury vinyl plank floors in the bathroom and kitchen and eat-in section of the kitchen (kitchen pictures are not updated with the new floor).
