Welcome to The Bigelow Brook Condo. This attractive wood sided townhouse is three levels, including a very convenient attached garage in the lower level! The three levels provide amble living and storage space. The overall amount of space will surprise you, as it’s larger than it appears. One of the best parts of the condo is that it’s in impeccable condition and spotless clean. It’s almost like the condo has barely been lived in. There are gleaming red oak hardwood floors that run throughout the entire first and second floor. The combination of the hardwood floors, wood trim, and neutral colors, give the condo a rich and warm feel. The lower level is where you would enter and where the garage, mechanicals, and storage are located. All the mechanicals in this house are newer, including a newer central air system. The newer (natural gas) heating system, water heater, and Thermopane windows will help keep your energy bills reasonable. In the living room there are three large double hung windows that drench the room with natural light. This area is large enough for almost any size furniture. The kitchen comes with all the appliances including a dishwasher and everyone’s favorite, a gas stove. This is a cozy kitchen, but has a nice window in front of the sink, and the cabinet space has been maximized on all three walls. There is a half bath conveniently on this main floor. The second set of staircases leads you to two bedrooms and the laundry area upstairs. The front bedroom, with three large windows, fills the master with sunlight. There are two closets in the master bedroom and an attached “Jack and Jill” full bathroom. This bathroom can also be accessed from the second bedroom in the back of the condo. The washer and dryer are included and ideally placed on this level between the two bedrooms. 399 Adams Street, Unit #7 is an outstanding layout and one of the largest layouts in the complex. The extra floors offer privacy for the upstairs bedrooms and a wonderful and open entertaining space on the main living area. The bonus is the extra storage space in the basement. Bigelow Brook is a small and well cared for condominium complex. This is not a rental community/complex. Almost all of these condos are owner occupied and rarely available for rent.
