Pembrooke Court apartments are one of the best values in Manchester for a 1 bedroom - We just dropped the prices $70 for a quick rental and $1,225 is a solid value. We have two sunny and spacious one bedrooms with a nice open layout available for an immediate move in. This apartment has an open concept with the living room opening to the kitchen, brand new carpets installed, an open kitchen with plenty of cabinet & countertop space, fresh paint, and two large five foot closets. The apartment comes with one off street parking space (a 2nd space is $25 extra per month) and a free personal storage locker in the basement and there is laundry in the basement. Tenants pay for utilities. This is an excellent location on the north side of Manchester close to the Buckland Hills Mall and I-84. Just a short drive to The Main Pub (great live music and food), Silk City Coffee, Elicit Brewing Company, and Robertson Park. (We also have sunny and very spacious 2 bedrooms at Pembrooke's sister property, South Adams apartments for $1,450 down the street at 40 Olcott Street in Manchester. You will love these two beds because both bedrooms are huge - they are roughly 14x12 and have extra large closets and have plenty of room for a King sized bed and two end tables.
