Move right into this beautiful historic old home. We have 2 bedrooms available soon(not furnished). The rest of the house is furnished. 3 housemates live there already, and all get along very well. The house is clean and cared for.
We try to have at least meal a month together. Once a year a fun musical community bash!
We ask for a 12-month lease and we hope you become a permanent resident!
We ask for 4 months in the winter you give 50 extra for heat. We keep it on 67 all winter. If in the summer you use an AC, we ask for 50$ a month as well.
Other than that and slitting up chores (including mowing and snow shoveling, we pay for wifi, and other utilities.
