Jessica’s connection to real estate began in her hometown of Greenwich, where a deep appreciation for architecture, land, and thoughtful design shaped her perspective on long-term value. She entered the industry through construction management, developing technical and financial fluency before transitioning into global luxury marketing for an international firm representing properties in New York City, Paris, Venice, and Marrakesh. As a Founding Partner of SERHANT. Connecticut, she helped establish and scale the firm’s presence from inception. Today, her practice is firmly client-facing, advising buyers, sellers, developers through significant transactions across Connecticut and Westchester County.
