We prefer an annual lease and the advertised rate is for that term. We do offer terms shorter than one year (i.e., month to month) at a rental rate of $250 per month in addition to the advertised rate.

Now the fine print. My wife and I own this property. I am a licensed real estate agent with Reliant Real Estate, Inc. We require an application and if you choose to apply there is a fee that covers only our cost ($35 per adult) for your background check.
