Communal spaces sans drugs & alcohol - don't care what you do in your room. Would appreciate some help around the house due to my injury... Partying days are over and would appreciate someone in the same mindset. Dog/cat allowed - have a cat already (Charles Barkley) and he's super chill albeit a big fluffball. Would love a little dog to join the space and I'm happy to hang with them during the day. Pet fee is $50/month. I'm a 40 professional male. WFH in sustainable development consulting. Suffered pretty serious medical setback about a year ago... limited mobility and still in recovery.
