Hi there, I have an extra bedroom that I am looking to rent out to the right person. The house is a /2 split-level home with a large fenced yard in a quiet suburban neighborhood. We are a minute drive from Downtown Denver, and we also have bus and light rail stops just a minute bike ride away. We are close to several great parks, and the South Platte River. I have a large dog, Mila, and egg-laying hens - yes, the eggs are shared! Your room is upstairs, is large, has a walk-in closet, and an eastern-facing window. My housemate is and working as a physical therapist. You would be sharing the upstairs bathroom, but there is another full bathroom downstairs that you are always welcome to use. In-unit washer/dryer, cozy common areas, and all utilities are included. We also have a complete home security system for safety. The garage functions as my workshop, but there is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. This coming spring, we are going to plant tons of fruits and veggies and make some cool renovations to make the outside more comfy year round. You are welcome to help with those projects, or not. We are both sociable, but also value our alone time and quiet time. We would do best with someone who is similar in that regard. We share common things like all the cookware etc. but keep our own food/ingredients separated. It's typically pretty quiet around here, or there is a movie/show on in the living room. I am really busy and haven't had much time to hang out lately, but I am hoping to have more free time soon. Would be great to live with someone who is interested in doing things together occasionally, but that's certainly not a requirement. I am sure I am forgetting things, but feel free to shoot a message and ask any questions.
