This condo features quality finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable furniture and beds, and a heated pool and hot tub right outside. The fully equipped kitchen includes standard appliances and a crock-pot. The living and dining area boasts high ceilings, ample seating, and a gas fireplace with an HDTV. Enjoy lovely Yampa Valley views and the privacy of mature evergreen trees from the covered deck. The lower level includes two bedrooms with queen beds, TVs, and patio access, a den with a queen bed and futon, and two renovated bathrooms accessible from the hallway. A full-size washer and dryer are also available. Discounts on ski & snowboard rentals and airport shuttles are available. Discounts are also offered for lengthy stays. Enjoy a prime location with trails, activities, restaurants, shops, and groceries just a short walk from your door. The condo is approximately 200 meters from the beginner-level 'Stampede' ski trail and close to the Gondolas and Christie Peak Express. The base area offers shops, restaurants, an ice rink, ski school, and the Steamboat Square stage. In the summer, the area transforms with hiking and biking trails, Burgess Creek, and various events. Steamboat's free year-round bus service is available about 200 meters away, providing easy access to downtown Steamboat and its attractions. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may subject the guest to immediate eviction without refund. Violations of house rules may result in a cancellation processing fee of at least $100. A high occupancy fee of $15.00 per person per night applies for each guest over the standard occupancy of 8 people. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly biologically related to one of the other adults in the group. Groups with any adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval before booking.
