The living room boasts a sleeper sofa, a large HDTV, and a gas fireplace. Step out onto the oversized covered balcony with views of the landscaped grounds, national forest, and ski slopes. Two of the three bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms featuring dual sink vanities, a King bed, HDTV, ceiling fan, and ample closet space. The third bedroom is ideal for couples or singles, with a Twin bed and a Twin over Queen bunk bed. The bathroom for this third bedroom is across the hall and features a large vanity. Paid add-ons include discounts on ski & snowboard rentals and airport shuttles. Discounts are offered for lengthy stays. Heated underground parking is available with one assigned and reserved space, plus additional unassigned parking. Covered and uncovered parking spaces are available across the street by the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis. Trailers are not allowed and require offsite parking. This property is exceptionally located in the heart of the Mountain Village, offering easy walking access to the slopes, shops, restaurants, and groceries. A free private shuttle is available during ski season to transport you anywhere in town. The "Mountain Sneak" trail is nearby, leading directly to the slopes. Within approximately 300 meters, you'll find a small grocery, deli, restaurant, liquor store, ski rental shop, burger joint, and Storm Peak Brewery. Steamboat Square, the ski school, gondolas, lifts, and ticket office are all within a 400-meter walk. The base area is also a popular summer destination with activities, restaurants, bars, and a creek for splashing. The condo is adjacent to a national forest trailhead, offering access to hiking and biking trails. This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed without prior written approval. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty.
