Application Requirements: • Applications must be completed for each adult 18 and older and must be signed. • Each application must be accompanied by a $45.00 per person fee to be paid at or right to provide ERA New Age Real Estate with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes for those 18 years old and over.
