$375 weekly plus cleaning fee of $125-$185 per stay. Peyton pines subdivision in Peyton school district. Short term, week to week fee includes wifi. This living quarter was built for my son in 2020 during Covid lock down for him to stay through college. It is swanky and not handicapped accessible. The two bathrooms are both up stairs with the two bedrooms.
Cleaning can be arranged for additional fee if you’d like! If you live wildlife, the deer are sure to please. Chickens, peacocks and turkeys on site! Get your breakfast out your front door if the hens are laying!
Homestead park is just a short drive away or start hiking from your front door! The paint mines are a 20 minute drive east to Calhan where you can grab a beer and burger on your way back.
Falcon is a short drive away with great food and grocery stores to include; Walmart, Safeway and king soopers!
