The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and all kitchen amenities with a small table and chairs for 2. There is an in unit washer and dryer. The living room has a 50" smart TV. There is a balcony with a couch and chairs and guest ready flower pots in summer. During the winter months, furniture needs to be stored due to weather. *There is a wood burning fireplace that is not usable.* 50" Samsung TV connected to Apple TV. No cable. Use of your own platforms, streaming accessible with own login for any media platforms, ie Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. This is a walkable village 8 miles North of Boulder and 4 miles South of Longmont.
