I’m renting out the basement of my home and looking for two people (ideally friends who know each other or a couple) to occupy the space. Target age range is 23-33. $1,250 plus utilities per person.
A little about me: I’m 29, currently getting my MBA at the University of Denver, so I’m usually gone Monday-Thursday. Fridays through Sundays are mostly homework and some work. I’m clean, quiet, and pretty low-key. I also have a friendly golden retriever, so you’d need to be okay with a dog.
