While keeping the historic charm of this victorian building, this unit was fully remodeled with a completely new kitchen, granite countertops, new appliances, in-unit washer / dryer, and a new bathroom. Gigabit fiber internet was brought to the property and is free for our guests. All utilities included. You will be delighted at how clean, new, and fresh this apartment is! Pets are welcome as family. Most of our guests are IT or healthcare professionals who keep the apartment very clean in their stays, and love the convenience of being able to pop over and check on their pets during breaks at work. About the owners: Jason is a former IT consultant, and his wife Daris is an RN who was a circulator in the OR at a major hospital. Our aim is to provide a high quality place to stay in Montrose!
