550 N Lincoln Ave Apartments

I lived in this location for a couple of my friends for a few months but we have decided to go our separate ways! We are all moving out and we are all looking for people to take over our part of the lease; however, all three rooms are available for lease if you are interested! I am a student at CSU and I loved the location of this apartment complex because it was far enough away from campus to be away from the mess of college students, and is right in downtown Loveland! There is a coffee shop located at the bottom of the building, as well as many places to eat and go out for a drink! The unit is beautiful and newly remodeled, it has beautiful high ceilings and two balconies! There are three rooms available, however you can choose to only rent one (if you choose to only rent one room, the total rent will be $606)! There are two bathrooms total: one in the master bedroom, and one connected to one of the bedrooms that would be shared with the third bedroom. If you decide to only rent one room, it will be my room which is the one on the floor plan that has the connected bathroom that is shared! There are four 'Great Rooms' as they call it, that have a bunch of area to sit and watch TV or cook for a large party! There is a gorgeous pool, a 24-hr gym, and an awesome study room! I wish I could stay, however it has become a little too expensive for me! I can do showings immediately! The best times for me would be today (9/21), or tomorrow (9/22)! If you need to move in ASAP, please bring a pay stub and a $50 money order (these things are required by the leasing office to apply!). There is no deposit, however, there is a $150 lease take-over fee. If you decide to move in immediately, we can talk about how much it will cost for the rest of the month(only one bedroom is available immediately).
