2802 S Flat Cir Townhouse

Private room for rent in a brand new townhome was was finished being built in 2024. The room has a walk in closet and everything that’s needed is already in the house. Rent is 1200 and that includes utilities. 2 guys currently live here but we are open to anyone male or female, preferable someone closer in age. We are looking for someone that is super clean and respectful of other people’s space. I have to be able to show proof of income. The lease will start month to month and if it works out for everyone it can be extended for longer. Cleanliness of shared spaces is extremely important!!! Security deposit is 1 month of rent as well. Zach and I are close friends from the same town and are super inviting and welcoming! Zach: first year transfer student at Boulder, looking to become a physical therapist after a bachelor’s in physiology. Fairly tidy and organized and very respectful of others’ spaces. Piano and guitar player but volume can be kept to a minimum and at reasonable times. Enjoys the slopes and winter sports as well as basketball, video games, rollerblading, and most forms of physical activity. I
