I’m a cute three bed, three bath, split level house in a quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom has it’s own bathroom and walk in closet. I’m located on a corner lot that gives me a big yard (I have a sprinkler system to keep the grass green) with shade trees front and back. I will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer with forced air HVAC. I have solar panels on my roof to collect the sunshine and make electricity. My people like my 50 gallon hot water heater to avoid those cold showers.
I come with all appliances (don’t forget the garage fridge) including a new over the range microwave and a new super QUIET dishwasher. I also have a new washer and dryer in the basement. I also have smoke/carbon monoxide detectors so we can sleep at night knowing we’ll be alerted should anything go wrong. I have vaulted ceilings with skylights that help make me bright and cheery. My windows have cordless shades that are aesthetically pleasing and practical too.
When my current care takers leave (I’m going to miss them), I will be professionally cleaned and my carpets will be professionally shampooed. I will be available June 1st (maybe a day or two earlier or later).
My owner pays all HOA fees so you will have access to all of the amazing Highlands Ranch recreation facilities. He also pays for pest control every quarter so we can keep all the little visitors to a minimum.
I am pet friendly but an additional pet deposit will be required.
For your safety and mine, renters insurance is required.
In order to make sure my new people take good care of me, a background check will be required.
