Feel at home in this newly updated, comfortable 1-bedroom apartment located on the main floor of the historic “Crawford Saloon” built in 1901, in the heart of downtown Littleton. This apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table, a Keurig machine, and a 55” smart Roku TV. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, and the second bedroom has one twin bed and its own half bath. The three-quarter bath includes all toiletries and a hair dryer. Extra bedding, an ironing board, and a twin-size air mattress are stored in the hall closet. The apartment has individual climate controls for heat and AC in the living room and primary bedroom for your personal comfort. There is a separate coin-operated laundry room for your use. One reserved parking space is available at the rear of the building. Access to the unit is via a secured entrance on the west side of the building. Downtown Littleton is a vibrant area brimming with restaurants, taverns, pubs, boutiques, a day spa, unique retailers, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors. Enjoy live stage performances at the Performing Arts Theater just a few steps away. The building is close to bike trails along the South Platte River, the Light Rail Station, and RTD bus routes. The C & D Lines of the RTD light rail system have a station located one block south of Main Street, and RTD bus lines make stops at the Downtown Littleton Station, making it easy to explore all that downtown Littleton has to offer. This is a shared building with other short-term and long-term tenants. The unit is on the ground floor, so you may hear light pedestrian and car traffic during the day and early evening hours. Smoking of any kind in the accommodations will incur a $350 fee to cover all costs to clean/restore the accommodations. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee in each instance plus all costs to clean/restore the accommodations. Unpermitted guests will be charged $200 per guest per night. Quiet time starts between 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of all our neighbors. The building has maintenance clean the hallway and stairway on Thursdays.
