The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, and the second bedroom has one twin bed and its own half bath. The three-quarter bath includes all toiletries and a hair dryer. Extra bedding, an ironing board, and a twin-size air mattress are stored in the hall closet. The apartment has individual climate controls for heat and AC in the living room and primary bedroom for your personal comfort. There is a separate coin-operated laundry room for your use. One reserved parking space is available at the rear of the building. Access to the unit is via a secured entrance on the west side of the building. Downtown Littleton is a vibrant area brimming with restaurants, taverns, pubs, boutiques, a day spa, unique retailers, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors.
