RaeLynn Management may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. At time of leasing, the applicant must affirmatively state that there has not been a material change in the information in the screening report including the applicant’s name, address, bankruptcy status, criminal history or eviction history since the report was generated. A PTSR must be from a credible reporting agency and include full background screening with financial info. RaeLynn Management must have direct access to screening reports, paper copies are not accepted.
